Is Revtwt a scam?
Simple and quick answer is absolutely not! They are a legit company and they will pay once you have reached the minimum payout for paypal (which is $20 USD). I was so excited when I reached the minimum, so without further ado, here is my proof of payment from them recently. 
There you have it! $20 just from chattering it up on twitter. You can do it too!
